It's a Pigs' life in the NMSU PD; put you sure get paid well

It is a good idea to check the spelling of words but even more importently the placement of commas or periods in numbers. If not someone like the Pataphysican may show up thinking it's an easy job with really high pay.

This is the opening of an ad as it appears in the Round Up except anything in parenthese:

'Police Officers $25250,40+ D.O.Q.
The NMSU Police Department- a progessive (and obviously corrupt) department with excellent training opportunities (in things like taking bribes) and benefits- (recieving of bribes) is seeeking appli-
cants for the position of "Police Officer". (aka you fill in the blank)

Now this made me think,'What officer recieves over 2 million dollars plus D.O.Q, whatever that means.' I spent a couple of moments thinking of what it could mean and this is what I came up with:
Dollars Over Quality
Dollars Obtained while Quilting
Dudes Over drag Queens
Damn, Omletts and Quiché!

So on and so forth. What it comes down to is either the Police on this campus are extremly corrupt or they should really check where the periods are placed and make sure that the periods a period and not a comma, or else these things can get blown out of preportion. Much like I've just done. The ad did make me want to call to see if it was a typo or not but then I felt that the police could trace the call and come and kick the shit out of me for hasseling them, so I decided to just write an exploit about it.

Also I am quite aware this is almost an Opinion but this is really a grey area, so shut up.

If you found this funny no doubt the web page has as many, if not more screw ups and other things to laugh at. If you like that sort of thing check it out

If not well you can go about whatever it is you were doing.
